  1. Q: Are your billing solutions just for Internet sites?
    A: No, Alyon offers solutions for services on the telephone as well. You can utilize an 800 number to connect with any of our billing methods.

  2. Q: What billing methods do you offer?
    A: We offer solutions with a 900 number, international 011 numbers, a variety of credit cards and a virtual prepaid card as well.

  3. Q: I see that you are a US based company. Can you help me with a billing solution even if I’m located in Europe?
    A: Yes, we offer solutions for almost any type of business, in any country.

  4. Q: My business is a bit different from the models you offer. Do I have to change my set up or internal structure in order for your billing methods to work for my business?
    A: Absolutely not. We are not a "cookie cutter" solutions company. We can customize a solution that meets your specific needs.

  5. Q: How and when will I be paid from Alyon?
    A: Payment will be made via check or wire transfer. Alyon will issue payments within as little as 15 days of a purchase being made depending on the billing solution you are utilizing.

  6. Q: Are there any up-front fees or charges that I will have to pay to use your billing solutions?
    A: Yes, but they will be limited to Alyon’s out-of-pocket cost for account set up.

  7. Q: Whom can I contact if I have a question about the charges that we have incurred?
    A: Call our customer service number at 1-800-269-6356 and we will answer any questions you may have.

  8. Q: How will I receive reports on daily or weekly volumes on the amounts I bill my customers?
    A: Simple, we have a link that allows you to connect online 24 hours a day. You simply log in and enter your pass code to access your data at any time. The information is updated every 10 minutes in an easy-to-read format.

  9. Q: With regards to 900 billing and credit cards, how do you handle charge-backs?
    A: In each case there will be a reasonable reserve amount held back from payments in line with customary industry practices. As the charge-backs change, we will adjust the reserve amounts accordingly.

  10. Q: How long does it take for me to set up a solution with Alyon and begin billing customers?
    A: The turn-around time is typically two weeks. It can often be less depending on your specific needs and response time.
